Classic No 10 Stainless Steel Mincer

This Classic No.10 Manual Mincer is in a class of its own. Made completely in Stainless Steel it is a beautifully engineered piece of kit that is built to last a lifetime. Easy to work it can be quickly taken apart & cleaned in a dishwasher. It is supplied with two nozzles which enable the mincer to also be used as a sausage filler. It is also supplied with a 6mm stainless steel plate & knife along with an extra 16mm plate that can be used for putting sausage meat back through when using as a filler . If you are just starting out ..or want to make small batches of sausages....then the Classic No.10 is the ideal introduction to Home Sausage Making !......or if you just want to mince your own meat then the Classic 10 is what it says....''a classic''! To make sausages with the Classic No.10 you mince the meat first....then add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc & mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, insert the 16mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw.
