This Classic No.10 Manual Mincer is in a class of its own. Made completely in Stainless Steel it is a beautifully engineered piece of kit that is built to last a lifetime. Easy to work it can be quickly taken apart & cleaned in a dishwasher. It is supplied with two nozzles which enable the mincer to also be used as a sausage filler. It is also supplied with a 6mm stainless steel plate & knife along with an extra 16mm plate that can be used for putting sausage meat back through when using as a filler . To make sausages with the Classic No.10 you mince the meat first....then add the seasonings, breadcrumbs etc & mix well. Remove the knife from the mincer, insert the 16mm plate & put one of the nozzles through the front screw.
